BELS 係由幣託集團（下稱本公司）所有及營運，針對區塊鏈上實現的非同質化代幣（Non-Fungible Token，NFT）數位資產，提供買賣等服務之平台（下稱本平台）。

本使用條款（下稱本條款），詳細說明本平台與用戶之間約定內容，如您完成註冊或 開始使用本平台所提供之服務，即視為您已知悉並同意本條款及本平台之隱私權政策（[隱私權政策請見此](/index/about/privacy.md)）。經本平台公告載明之其他約定細項，均構成本條款之一而有同等效力，如有牴觸或不一致之處時，以本條款效力為優先。
