# 第八章、協議終止

一、 您理解並同意，BELS 秉持著友善熱情的原則來服務用戶，但如有發生用戶行根據本條款第一章第一節第三條、第四節第七條、第五節第二條、第八節第二條、第二章約定之行為或本站認為不適當的用戶，均得不附任何理由、不經另行事前通知，逕行終止本使用條款、並結清關閉用戶之帳戶。
