# 第十章、司法管轄

一、 本使用條款之效力、解釋、適用及爭議解決，均應以中華民國(台灣)之法律為準據法，並依該法解釋。為凡雙方因使用本網站、服務或違反本使用條款所引起之一切糾紛、爭議或歧見，雙方同意先本誠信原則協商之。

三、 您理解及同意如因雙方協商不成而涉訟時，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
