# 第四章、稅賦

一、用戶在使用 BELS 服務或本網站進行的任何交易的稅費，用戶必須自行決定該稅費是否適用及其適用的範圍，並且用戶必須自行決定預扣、扣繳、收集、報告、支付、申報和匯出正確數額的稅款予稅務機關。

二、BELS 會依稅務機關之要求提供您的個人資訊和（/或）您的交易紀錄給稅務機關。

三、BELS 將依稅法於次日扣帳後按日彙總開立發票。
